Arizona Begins Eligibility Verification Legislation: Our Candidate need to be “Certifiable” (No Pun)

Just like ObamaCare may ultimately be ruled as unconstitutional, legislation requiring that a Presidential candidate provide proof of his/her eligibility to be elected to the top office of the land. But that is not stopping some states from attempting to put such legislation into place before the 2012 election. Arizona is the latest to make the effort:
If Barack Obama wants to run for re-election he would need to produce proof of both his U.S. birth and citizenship to get on the ballot in Arizona, at least under a measure being pushed by a state legislator.
Rep. Judy Burges, R-Skull Valley, is crafting a measure to require anyone running for president or vice president to provide proof to the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office that they are legally eligible to seek the office. The U.S. Constitution requires the president – and, by extension, the vice president – to be “a natural born citizen.”
More to the point, Burges would require the secretary of state to verify, independently, that the information is accurate.
“And if it’s not certifiable, then that person’s name would not go on the ballot,” she said.

Should a handful of states pass this type of legislation before the 2012 Presidential election cycle, it will spark the judicial process to determine its constitutionality. We know that Obama has spent a fortune to block his personal records, so we can assume that he will spend a fortune to challenge these states.
Rush Limbaugh: Our HealthCare is the Best

Rush Limbaugh, at 58, experienced chest pains, and was rushed to Queens Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. At a press conference prior to his release, he commended the hospital on its expertise, on its commitment to quality healthcare, and said that from firsthand experience, we have a great healthcare system. Knowing it would be said that he can “afford the best”, he made it clear that the physicians that were tending to him gave him the same treatment that they give other patients.
Limbaugh said that it has been a “humbling” experience, and that he has truly appreciated the cards and prayers that he has received.
Like the President, Limbaugh has routinely travelled to Hawaii at this time of the year. Coincidentally, Speaker Nancy Pelosi is also vacationing in the tropics of Hawaii. MSNBC this morning, commenting on Limbaugh’s hospitalization, laughed at the notion that he is hospitalized in the same hospital that Obama was born in…..problem is that the Obama campaign had stated he was born in BOTH hospitals, and it was Kapi’olani Medical Center that had a January 24th letter (commemorating their 100th anniversary) in which the new President mentions he was born in their facility.
Either way, do you think Nancy or Barack paid a visit to el Rushbo during his stay at Queens Hospital?
Obama has Trouble Keeping his “Bio” Story Straight

We tell our children that is far easier to tell the truth. Mr. President, take a lesson!
The UPI article on November 4th, 2008 quotes Obama from his book Audacity of Hope, where he states that he was born at Queens Hospital. But, on January 24, 2009, the new President sends a letter to the Kapi’olani Hospital to commemorate their anniversary, and states he was born there.
See the full discussion of BOTH hospitals and the lack of consistency at: http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=103306
For the record, George W. Bush was born at Grace-New Haven Community Hospital, New Haven CT. His father, George HW Bush, was born at :
Bill Clinton was born at Julia Chester Hospital in Hope, AR. President Kennedy was born at 83 Beals Street, Brookline MA, and the house still has the bed he was born in. Ronald Reagan was born in the second floor apartment at 111 S. Main St., Tampico, IL, almost 100 years ago! The point to this: we have the “records” of the birthplaces of some of our 20th century Presidents, and in the 2st century, in this day of technology, we have no clue where our President was born…… kind of makes you wonder why he isn’t being more forthright!!
Hawaii moves to make Toots Dunham’s Apartment a National Landmark, but not the ‘birthplace’ of Obama

There is still no word from EITHER hospital that Barack Obama was born in seeking to claim “National Landmark” status. But the State of Hawaii is moving ahead with plans to ask that Grandma “Toots” Dunham’s apartment to be designated as such. This was the boyhood home of the 44th President, and the State, while acknowledging the discrepancies in the Obama narrative and the unwillingness of Obama to release his birth record that is filed with the Hawaii Health department, want to proceed with the historical nature of the alleged Presidency. Perhaps they can find the book Obama mentions that he found his birth certificate in on the bookshelf as a teenager!

Why should there be any doubts about where Obama was born?
December 17, 2008 in Uncategorized | Tags: birthplace, citizenship, Kapiolani Medical Center for Women, Philip Berg, President Elect Barack Obama, Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Stanley Ann Dunham | 1 comment
There should be no doubts where the Obamessiah originated from, the sacred place where Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro chose to bring forth her child. After all, the Obamessiah said it was Honolulu, and thus it is so!!
Far be it for us mortals, the taxpayers, those who cling to their guns and their God, to question the One, even if his birth is reported as TWO distinctly different hospitals in Honolulu:
02/18/08: Star Bulletin News Article Obama backers stress importance of caucuses, page 2, “He was born in Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children”
11/04: The Rainbow Edition, Volume 2, Issue 3, Education Laboratory School, page 2, “Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii”
It is an important note the NEITHER of these well-established medical centers will acknowledge that their facility is the birthplace of this HISTORIC President-Elect!!
But, of course, no reason for questioning!!
