The women of “The View”, minus the bellowing Joy Behar, came to the defense of Gov. Sarah Palin after a weekend filled with blame thrown at her for her “cross hair target” ads, and her comments like “don’t retreat, reload”.

Maybe Andrea just wanted to invite Gov. Palin for a Coffee Summit!!

With Republican (RINO) candidate Dede Scozzafava withdrawing from the special election to fill the NY 23rd Congressional District seat at the eleventh hour, it appears that the voice of Sarah Palin is NOT one to be ignored.

Sarah Palin, villified by the Obama-fawning media during the 2008 Presidential campaign, was being written off as she resigned from her seat as Alaska’s Governor. Yet, as she has posted articles on her Facebook, or various OpEd’s, the White House and the DNC have attacked back, responding en masse to her statements. For someone being written off, their responses to her certainly say something different.

In NY’s 23rd, Sarah Palin endorsed the Conservative Party candidate, Doug Hoffman, over the Republican party “hand chosen” Scozzofava. Newt Gingrich and others lined up with Scozzafava, as party lemmings. Yet Scozzafava does nt represent the core values of the Republicans. Therein lies the reason Sarah Palin is the winner.

Gov. Palin does not apologize for her pro-life views, her pro-gun stance, her core values. She puts her principles before the party.

Today, the New Jersey candidate Chris Daggett is saying that Gov. Palin has contacted him to ask him to drop out of the New Jersey race. Obviously a play by the pols to discredit Gov. Palin and play a role in the NJ Governor race, Gov. Palin has qucikly responded with:

“Despite what candidate Chris Daggett is claiming, I have never contacted him or his campaign. I have never asked him to drop out of the NJ Governor’s race. Now, if a politician is going to play loose with facts like this, the electorate needs to know it.

So, to the good people of New Jersey, please know that Daggett’s claims are false. I’ve never even suggested he should drop out of the race. But, come to think of it…

– Sarah Palin”

Again, if Sarah Palin isn’t a force, why are they then invoking her name?

Pathetic. The DNC is urging supporters to attack private citizen Sarah Palin on Facebook.

From the DNC website:

If Sarah Palin wants to spread lies on Facebook, we’ll call her out in the very same place.

Click the share button below to share our note — and make it clear that people who lie about reform will be held accountable, no matter where they spread their misinformation.

The DNC is furious at Sarah Palin for suggesting that their nationalized health care plan would increase costs, drive up the deficit, squeeze out private insurers, and ration care.

For someone they write off as a HasBeen, the Dems certainly worry about what she says!

Breaking: Palin Supports Hoffman THE WEEKLY STANDARD just received a statement from Sarah Palin endorsing conservative Doug Hoffman for Congress: The people of the 23rd Congressional District of New York are ready to shake things up, and Doug Hoffman is coming on strong as Election Day approaches! He needs our help now. The votes of every member of Congress affect every American, so it’s important for all of us to pay attention to this important Congressional campaign in upstate New York. I am very pleased to announce my support for Doug Hoffman in his fight to be the next Representative from New York’s 23rd Congressional district. It’s my honor to endorse Doug and to do what I can to help him win, including having my political action committee, SarahPAC, donate to his campaign the maximum contribution allowed by law. Our nation is at a crossroads, and this is once again a “time for choosing.”

Catching the media offguard on the Friday of a holiday weekend, Sarah Palin has set off another frenzy by not only announcing that she will not seek re-election as Governor of Alaska, but that at the Governor’s picnic on July 25th, she will transfer power to Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell.

This is not a typical move for someone who might be considering a possible 2012 Presidential run, so the media is abuzz with looking for reasons for this sudden move. Then again, Sarah Palin may just be one who could pull this move off!!

The latest issue of Vanity Fair isn’t even on newsstands yet and it’s already making headlines for a not-so-politely titled article, “It Came from Wasilla,” about Gov. Sarah Palin.

William Kristol at the Weekly Standard is calling it a “hit piece,” taking writer Todd Purdum to task for his “dubious claims.” A blogger at the Atlantic writes that the article “paints a gruesome picture” of the governor. Politico’s Ben Smith mulls the “political fallout from the very tough piece.”

Do you wonder why the President has a weekly closed-door “alone” meeting with the head of the SEIU ?

Do you wonder if the President or Congress is going to opt for the same health-plan that they are planning to shaft the rest of us with?

Why the mainstream fawning Obama-media is so “hellbent” on trashing Gov. Sarah Palin?

Do you really care about the extreme details of Gov. Mark Sanford’s infidelity? As the kids would say “TMI”

Do you realize that when the press says the “White House” doesn’t want Rep. Maloney (D-NY) to challenge Sen. Gildebrand for the Sentate seat in 2010, they actually mean “Rahm Emanuel”?

Why is Reggie Love paid to be the President’s “personal assistant”?

What did Michelle Obama and her staff really think when she received the letter that Larry Sinclair sent her?

Why would there be American citizens that think the 22nd Amendment should be abolished, when there are more citizens that believe ALL elected officials should have term limits?

Does Obama really believe what his teleprompter tells him to say?

Do you really care if Michael Jackson is the biological father to his three children, and are you really surprised that he didn’t leave anything to his father?  By the way, Karl Malden died today.

OK, any additions???????????????

David Letterman cites his ignorance about which daughter was with Governor Palin at the Yankees game last week, which led to his jokes about Palin’s daughter(s) and Alex Rodriguez and Elliott Spitzer. Knowing that Elliott Spitzer had a pencahnt for young prostitutes, this “joke” was above all the most highly offensive, not just to Gov. Palin’s 14 year old daughter Willow, but to young women in general. Yet, in his apologies, and in the defense statments issued by the likes of the Rev. Al Sharpton, they are focusing on the Palin daughters, and ,issing the broader point that his joke was as offensive to a class of people, young women, as Don Imus’ joke about the Rutgers Women’s basketball team was.

To that extent, a concerted effort has been underway since last Monday night to hold David Letterman and CBS accountable. To her credit, Gov. Palin has declined to appear on the “Late Show”, and has scaled back her comments about the incident. But that has not stopped various groups from pursuing Letterman and the CBS sponsors. As of this morning, Embassy Suites, which advertises on CBS, but not on Letterman specifically, has pulled their ads. Hellmans’ Mayonnaise and Olive Garden have also announced that they are cancelling their ads as well. At the taping for tonight’s show, the crowd has gathered to protest outside the Ed Sullivan Theater.
