The African Press blog has been inundated with emails and comments since it first stated last week that they had been contacted by Michelle Obama regarding disparaging stories about Barack Obama’s citizenship. As the API has noted, they knew there would an interest in their story, but they were not prepared for the brutal attacks that the Obama campaign and their supporters have initiated.

After carefully reviewing their materials, the API today is stating that they are being represented by the Law Office of Philip Berg, Esq. Mr Berg, of course, has a lawsuit against Obama and the DNC pending in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Federal Court, challenging Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to be President. There has not been a confirmation of this representation on Mr. Berg’s website ( www.obamacrimes.com ).

America’s Right (www.americasright.com ) has acknowledged that he has spoken with Mr. Berg, and that information will be forthcoming. His blogsite says that Mr. Berg did acknowledge that he has been retained to represent API regarding any legal ramifications upon the release of this tape.

If this story is credible, it would appear that Sen. Obama would have no choice but to address the issues that Mr. Berg has raised, in conjunction with the alleged contents of Mrs. Obama’s conversation with API. It strike me as odd that the Obama campaign so quickly responded to the initial story, and has not subsequently added it to their “Fight the Smears” pages.

Since time is of the essence, this may be the catalyst that the Court needs to move on Mr. Berg’s motions. Should get very interesting!

     Dear Mrs. Barry Soetoro,

My grandmother used to remark to those who so strongly said things “Thou dost protest too much”!!, and we all knew what she meant. Sometimes saying too much is as bad as not saying enough. In your case, if the API blog stories happen to be true, and if they do in fact have recordings of you calling anyone and everyone who DARES to question a word of what Sen. Obama says, they are deemed to be racists and haters.

Personally, I have never seen individuals more racist than you and Jeremiah Wright!

It seems that you are ANGERED over the questions swirling around Sen. Barack Obama’s citizenship!

If Barack has no problems with the pride he has in having been Lolo’s son, by God, he should be proud. However, he must be proud within the limits of the law. Barack needs to put everything up front, tomorrow, and not on the Daily Kos. By everything, he needs to provide the “Doctor” signed vault birth certificate; his Indonesian records, including the Indonesian passport that he traveled on as an adult; his Occidental College, Columbia University, and Harvard Law School records; his financial aid information including loan payoffs; his Oath of Allegiance citizenship forms reclaiming his American citizenship in light of the Indonesian Constitution; his documentation for his New Party and Democratic Socialist of America memberships.

Of course, we know that this will put the election into a Constitutional issue as to whether Barack is a “natural born” or “naturalized citizen”. You say that Barack loves this country; if so, let’s make sure this Constitutional crisis doe not occur!

Mrs. Barry Soetoro (aka Mrs. Barack Obama)
