The typed word Male shows no curvature in the baseline of the text; this is physically impossible if the word “Male” was originally printed upon the same page that was scanned.  Worse, the entire hospital name is straight while the text of the caption is properly curved at the margin – but not elsewhere.

President Obama’s campaign team is trying to capitalize on claims that he was not born in the United States.

His campaign is now selling T-shirts emblazoned with his face above the slogan “Made in the U.S.A.” On the back is an image of his birth certificate. The fundraising pitch says the shirt is a “limited-edition” item.

Obama released his long-form birth certificate last month to prove he was born in Hawaii after billionaire businessman Donald Trump cast doubt on the authenticity of the his birth certificate.

High Tech High Students Expose Flaws in Obama’s Long Form Birth Certificate, Rescind Invitation for President to Speak at Commencement

TAKING A LONG WALK OFF A SHORT PIER, POINT LOMA — It wasn’t supposed to go down like this. When San Diego’s High Tech High International was named as one of six candidates nationwide to receive a commencement address from president Barack Obama this year, it was supposed to be a validation of how far the fledgling school had come in its first decade of existence. Chief administrative officer Ben Daley boasted that the selection proved the value of his school’s emphasis on “producing meaningful work for a real audience — making things that have lasting value and presenting them to professionals in the field.”

Now, he may be wishing that his students had kept their latest class project to themselves. In a good-natured effort to sweeten the pot for the president prior to his final decision, High Tech High seniors Ramesh Bhangoo and Christina Rivera decided to subject Obama’s recently-released “long-form” birth certificate to the sort of typographic scrutiny given to the so-called “Killian documents” that ultimately led to the resignation/retirement of CBS reporter Dan Rather.

“Remember how the right-wing wackos went nuts in 2004 over those documents that showed how Bush was basically AWOL from the Texas National Guard in the ’70s?” asks Bhangoo. “That guy at Little Green Footballs posted that gif file showing how a memo supposedly typed 30 years ago matched up to a Microsoft Word doc with proportionally spaced font. Of course, they didn’t actually prove that the documents were forgeries, but the fallout was enough to take down Rather, and the whole mess probably helped Bush win in ’04.”

“All this ‘birther’ bullshit sounded like more of the same to us,” adds Rivera. “We knew that the people who believed that Obama was born in Kenya — and that his Hawaiian birth certificate was a fake, and that he therefore had no constitutional right to be president — wouldn’t be convinced by this long-form release. When you’re crazy, you’re crazy, and you can always find a way to justify your craziness. But we figured it couldn’t hurt to at least head them off on this whole typography question. Here at High Tech High, we knew we had the equipment, the training, and the critical thinking skills required to do just that.”

“Yeah, we did,” concluded Bhangoo. “Damn it.”

The title of the students’ report on their work says it all: “Say It Ain’t So: An Inquiry into the Validity of ‘President’ Obama’s Long-Form Birth Certificate.” “We tried to think like the nutjobs,” recalls Rivera. “We started by asking why they inserted the green-pattern background underneath the original text. Then we started looking for other obvious oddities. Long story short — yeah, this is kind of a fake.”

“You don’t really have to look further than the child’s name,” says Bhangoo. “The way the ‘r’ in ‘Barack’ differs in all sorts of ways from the rest of the letters, the way the green background fades away around certain parts of ‘Hussein’ and ‘Obama.’ It’s a Photoshop job, and not even a particularly careful one. We did a little followup work and found a death certificate for a Herbert Harrison O’Brien from the same hospital, dated August 5, 1961. The date of birth on that death certificate is given as August 4, same as little Barack Hussein Obama. But the funny thing is, there’s no corresponding birth certificate for baby Herbert. Where did it go? And why doesn’t Obama’s mother sign his birth certificate until August 7, three days after her son is born? By then, we were too depressed to dig any deeper.”

“Our commitment to ethics really sets us apart at High Tech High,” says fellow senior and commencement ceremony chair Rishika Daryanani. “This case is no exception. Thanks to these two jerkfaces, now we have to disinvite America’s first black president and maybe get him kicked out of office, too. Thanks a lot, guys. Maybe we can get Donald Trump to fill in.”

Ninth Circuit Hears Obama Birth Certificate Case Appeal Despite Release of Long Form Document

Based on the questions raised during the hearing, it can be expected that the Ninth Circuit will NOT grant the Appeal:

PASADENA, Calif. – Leaders in the so-called “birther” movement argued their case over President Barack Obama’s U.S. citizenship before a federal appeals court Monday in Southern California, claiming the full birth certificate he released last week had been doctored.

But it was unclear how far their arguments would go, given the previous failed lawsuits on the issue and concern from the court about whether the latest claim was filed too late to be considered.

Obama’s production of the vital record was aimed at quashing any lingering doubt among critics who contend he shouldn’t have been elected because he couldn’t prove he was a citizen — a prerequisite for the nation’s highest office.

But it has not deterred Orly Taitz, an attorney at the forefront of the birther movement. On Monday, Taitz told a three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that the long-form birth certificate released by Obama is “not a true and correct image.”

“It’s very inventive computer art,” she said.

Taitz and attorney Gary Kreep, on behalf of more than 40 plaintiffs, are seeking to revive a lawsuit challenging Obama’s citizenship that was dismissed by U.S. District Judge David Carter in late 2009. They asked the panel to remand the suit to Carter in Orange County.

Carter dismissed the case on the grounds that the federal court system was not the proper venue to challenge a president’s election.

The appellate panel seemed to concur, wondering how the lawsuit could have merit, given it was filed after the election and Obama had already taken office.

“You did not file a claim at the time when the kind of relief you would be talking about might be plausible,” Judge Raymond Fisher said. “It doesn’t do anything for your candidates now.”

It wasn’t immediately known when the judges would rule.

Obama had released a standard short form of his birth certificate before he was elected in 2008. He produced his full birth certificate last week amid growing doubts about his birth in the U.S. A recent New York Times-CBS News poll found that 45 percent of adult Republicans said they believed he was born in another country or weren’t sure.

In releasing the document, Obama said he hoped the nation could focus on more serious issues. Donald Trump, who has considered a presidential bid in 2012, took credit for forcing the president’s hand.

Taitz said she believes the birth record was falsified.

After the hourlong hearing, she said the document’s serial number was out of sequence, the typing wasn’t aligned, and it was printed on green paper instead of white paper like other Hawaiian birth records of that era.

She added she wants to travel to Hawaii with a forensic expect to look at Obama’s records.

*In 2001 – the state of Hawaii Health Department went paperless.*Paper documents were discarded*The official record of Obama’s birth is now an official ELECTRONIC record Janice Okubo, spokeswoman for the Health Department told the Honolulu Star Bulletin, “At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting,” she said.

 

So, is the pdf document released by the White House a copy that was scanned into the Hawaii DOH files? If so, why, then, are there anomalies? (See this, this, this, and this, for instance.)

Valerie Jarrett: We Will NOT Release the President’s Academic Records

Bush did it, John Kerry did it (after much prodding) so why not Obama? It’s a legitimate question.

WASHINGTON — White House senior advisor Valerie Jarrett said President Obama will not release his academic records, commenting a day after Obama put out his “long form” birth certificate and Donald Trump decided to press his luck by demanding Obama’s college transcripts.

“We know this is nonsense,” Jarrett said in an interview on The Joe Madison Show on SiriusXM on Thursday morning.”He is almost 50 years old. And he is president of the United States and I don’t think anybody will debate his intelligence and so now we do need to get serious . . . let’s just get serious . . . get back to focusing on what’s important.

Still, we should be focusing our energy on hammering him on the economy, ObamaCare, deficit etc., that’s going to win the election.

JAMES agrees with the last line. I even agree with the Empty Suit’s statement that we have important issues facing us and we do not need these distractions. The President is so thoroughly committed to that thought process that as soon as he finished releasing his birth certificate, he jetted off for important work—- the OPRAH WINFREY SHOW and several fundraisers!!

     It was predictable that there would be immediate reaction to debunk the validity of the purported birth certificate that Barack Hussein Obama II released in response to the rising poll numbers indicating that more Americans, across the political spectrum, were questioning his eligibility. People have been asking me to weigh in on the veracity of the newly released white house COLB because they know that in “real life” I’m a graphic designer.

I can emphatically tell you that this document is not merely a scan of a document that has been uploaded to the internet. This is a document that has been either put together or taken apart prior to the upload, and even Charles Johnson would have to admit that.

After downloading the document that Whitehouse.gov made available to the public I opened the file in illustrator and the file is indeed in layers, which cannot happen unless the document was edited.

Yesterday, President Obama released a long form birth certificate.  In doing so, he lectured Americans about what was truly important in America.  “We do not have time for this kind of silliness,” he intoned.  “We’ve got better stuff to do.  I’ve got better stuff to do.  We’ve got big problems to solve, and I’m confident we can solve them, but we’re going to have to focus on them, not on this.”  He then promptly boarded Air Force One to solve one of those vital problems — by flying to Chicago for another appearance on Oprah’s show.

Let’s focus now on one very simple question: why did he fight not to release the long form birth certificate?

Why did it take the moving of mountains (or at least poll numbers) to get Obama to release a long form birth certificate after literally years of stonewalling?  Although there is incriminating evidence on the long form birth certificate — in that the numbers are still out of sequence with the Nordyke twins’ numbers — we already knew that from Obama’s Certification of Live Birth (COLB).  In fact, were it not for the certificate numbers and the date accepted by the Registrar General on the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates, and the certificate number and the date filed by the registrar on Obama’s COLB, this indication of forgery would never have been detected.

One Analysis of the Obama Birth Certificate

     During the coming days, there will be many experts who analyze the Obama birth certificate that the White House released on Wednesday, April 27th, 2011. As we said yesterday, we at JAMES are keeping an open-mind about the validity of the document that Obama put forth to end the “silliness” of the Birth Certificate conversations:

Dr. Orly Taitz Thanks Obama for His Birth Certificate, but That is Only a Piece of The Puzzle

       Dr. Orly Taitz, in her broken English, is still igniting fires with regard to the eligibility of Barack Obama to be the POTUS. While the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Taitz is now questioning Obama’s Selective Service registration and his Social Security card issued to him at or about the time he would have entered Occidental College in California, yet issued through Connecticut, these are issues that she has been researching in conjunction with the Obama birth certificate.

Orly Taitz, the California dentist and lawyer who has led efforts to question President Barack Obama’s birth place, has moved on to a new conspiracy now that the White House has released his long-form birth certificate.

In an interview with Washington Wire,  she now says that Mr. Obama once used a Social Security number that was not assigned to him. Oh also, she claims he graduated from Columbia University in nine months, not two years, as he claims.

“I have to say that this is a step in the right direction,” she said of the release of the birth certificate, “just as the release of the Watergate tapes was a step in right direction by Richard Nixon. And like Richard Nixon, there’s a good chance this will cost him his presidency.”

        Appearing on MSNBC’s “Last Word” with Laurence O’Donnell last night, Taitz riled the host with her discussion:

Like Him or Hate Him, Trump Says It Like It Is

     If anyone has any concerns on how Donald Trump will handle a media that is still very much infatuated with Barack Obama, his interview with CNN’s John King shows that he will be able to hold his own:

Trump repeated that he is very proud that he was able to get President Obama to show his Birth Certificate when no one else has been able to do so.

They spent a lot of time on China, where King tried to cheap shot Trump by pointing out that his wife sells a line of jewelry made in China on QVC. Trump said, “That’s true,” but pointed out that so many products are not even made in the United States any longer. He said he has to buy many products from China because there is no U.S. made alternative. When King kept trying to interrupt him, Trump said to him, “Can I talk?”

When King kept pushing the hypocrisy angle, Trump said to King, “You’re supposed to be this great reporter – even though your ratings are no good. . .”

Trump confirmed that if he runs for President, he will only run as a Republican. He blasted President Obama as being “incompetent,” saying that the United States will not again be “great” or “rich” with Obama as our leader.

At the end of the interview, King asked Trump if he would take part in a CNN GOP Debate in New Hampshire in June. Trump responded with: “Only after I announce. You can count me in.”
