On this National Day of Prayer, and on every day, let us pray for the troops who protect and defend our religious freedoms.

Barack Obama DID NOT have our National Day of Prayer last May, 2009…… but…

The following text accompanied the photo in my email “INBOX” today:

The rhetoric around the photo is meaningless but the photo speaks volumes for itself.  I can only resolve this one way.  Choosing to be of one religious faith or another is any man’s right, but how would America have voted if he was honest and transparent and they knew the truth about this guy?  I believe the voting would have been dramatically different and he has mislead the voting public, and that alone is enough to destroy his credibility, eliminate any trust in him and reaffirm a sound commitment to push for him to be ousted in 2012.

And, why is it that we never see this side of Obama in the newspapers or on television news reports?  If it’s a “good” thing, then why is it hidden from us by the press vs. being hailed that our president is doing something great to further protect our country from terrorism and diminish the need to go to war in foreign lands to do it?  Who is manipulating the press and why are they?

No party is perfect but I can deal with it when it’s out there to be seen and reckoned with.  I cannot deal with the deception and the policies and behaviors of this guy that embarass our country and expose it to even greater danger.  Let’s get rid of him and let’s start by ousting the likes of Pelosi and Ried and the platform they build for him to stand on.

So I am trying to look at a calendar: I don’t see Catholic Day, Judeism Day, Hindu Day, Buddha Day, Christian Day,  Methodist Day!!

But in the State that Barack Obama was allegedly born in, September 24th will be designated as ISLAM DAY !!

Hawaii lawmakers back the creation of ‘Islam Day’

HONOLULU – Hawaii’s state Senate overwhelmingly approved a bill Wednesday to celebrate “Islam Day” — over the objections of a few lawmakers who said they didn’t want to honor a religion connected to Sept. 11, 2001.

The Senate’s two Republicans argued that a minority of Islamic extremists have killed many innocents in terrorist attacks.

“I recall radical Islamists around the world cheering the horrors of 9/11. That is the day all civilized people of all religions should remember,” said Republican Sen. Fred Hemmings to the applause of more than 100 people gathered in the Senate to oppose a separate issue — same-sex civil unions.

The resolution to proclaim Sept. 24, 2009, as Islam Day passed the Senate on a 22-3 vote. It had previously passed the House.

As one of Hawaii’s legislators put it, in opposition to this measure:

But Republican Sen. Sam Slom argued that the United States has become too sympathetic toward Islamic extremists.

“I don’t think there’s any country in the history of the world that has been more tolerant than the United States of America, and because of that tolerance, we’ve looked the other way a lot of times, and many thousands of our citizens have been killed by terrorists,” said Slom, a Republican.

Note: Is there any coincidence that the date of ISLAM DAYS falls during the ten day period of the “High Holy Days” of the Jewish faith, which begins with Rosh Hashanah and ends with Yom Kippur !
