Like his mother and father, the Congressman from the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations (official name of the State of Rhode Island), Patrick Kennedy seems to have a few problems with addictions. Thus, it seems that he was once again sobering up in a rehab facility.
But that did not stop Nancy Pelosi, oh no. Patrick Kennedy was summoned from REHAB to appear on Capitol Hill to be able to vote on the Cap and Tax legislation. Now, clearly, he did not read the 1200 pages of the legislation or the 3:00 am amendments, and if he did, he clearly did not read them clearly!
