Richard Nixon was dogged by the Watergate break in and coverup in his second term, ultimately leading to his resignation from office!
Ronald Reagan had to deal with the Iran-Contra scandal in his second term.
And, of course, how can we forget the young intern in the “beret” who caught the wandering eye of Pres. William Jefferson Clinton. Monica Lewinsky was Clinton’s second term curse, no doubt!!
So, as Barack Hussein Obama II takes the Oath of Office on Sunday, January 20th, 2013, what brewing problems could ultimately turn into his “Second Term Curse”.
The possibilities are many:
BENGHAZI AND ITS AFTERMATH
POOR CABINET CHOICES
THE DEBT CEILING FISCAL CLIFF DEBACLE
THE UNCOVERING OF WIDESPREAD ELECTION TAMPERING
So what scandals do you see for the Obamessiah in his 2nd Term?

Moron in the Media Defends Gun Owner List: “It’s not Like We Are Outing Child Molesters”.. Is She Serious??

During a panel discussion on Tuesday’s NBC Today, chief medical editor Nancy Snyderman voiced her support for a New York newspaper, The Journal News, publishing a list of addresses of local gun owners: “You have these sort of blind assumptions that when your child goes over to play with another kid, he or she is going to be safe. And I think that has been now negated. So I have no problem….we’re not outing child molesters, this is a legal transaction, it’s a public transaction.” [Listen to the audio or watch the video after the jump]
Snyderman’s declaration was prompted by fellow panelist, advertising executive Donny Deutsch, also standing by the paper’s controversial action: “I think it’s a great idea, I’ll tell you why. I’ve got two little girls at home and I would like to know if they’re going on a play date in a house where there’s a gun….when you have a gun, you are setting yourself up as somebody different. It’s your choice…”

The US House of Representatives has adjourned for the night, scheduled to reconvene at noon on Janury 1, 2013. The Senate Democrats are meeting with Vice President Joe Biden who is trying to get them on track, and all of this is after the President spoke at 1:30pm, with complete disdain and arrogance, and displaying a complete lack of leadership.
So it is now official that the fiscal cliff point has arrived, and we should all get ready for the New Year fireworks.
“Cleaned Up” from his DUI Arrest, Sam Donaldson Tells Tea Party “It Isnt Your Country Anymore”

Via Newsbusters:
SAM DONALDSON: The minorities re-elected president Obama, but I’m going with Katty. It’s the Tea Party and thinking of the Tea Party and people like that that are driving the Republicans out of contention as a national party. You cannot win nationally if you don’t know something about the way the country’s changed, and the Tea Party seems to think the country can go back 25 or 30 years. The greatest slogan that I hated during this last campaign was “We want to take back our country.” Guys, it’s not your country anymore – it’s our country and you’re part of it, but that thinking is going to defeat Republicans nationally if they don’t get rid of it.
Spinal Cord Patients “Walk”

When we were kids, one of the big TV shows was the “Six Million Dollar Man” starring Lee Majors, with the premise that he was “rebuilt” after an accident with super bionics that made him a super power.
Check out the advances for spinal cord patients:
Patients paralyzed by spinal cord injuries are taking their precious first steps at a Southern California hospital with the help of a battery-powered bionic suit that was first designed to help soldiers carry heavy loads.
“Mentally it’s a wonderful feeling to be upright and moving,” said Aaron Bloom, who was paralyzed two years ago in an accident.
The 27-year-old was told he would never walk again, but with each step in the Ekso Bionic Suit at Huntington Memorial Hospital, he’s defying the odds.
“Right now, I don’t really need anybody holding me. I can lift my hands up and put a little weight on these crutches and feel pretty comfortable,” he said.
The suit, which costs $150,000, is strapped on over a person’s clothes. Foot plate sensors help locate the center of gravity so the person wearing the suit can maintain their balance as they take each step. A computer is worn on the back to help drive the hip and knee motors.

LITTLE Maddalena Douse is one of the smallest premature babies ever to survive in the UK — thanks to a pair of SCISSORS.
When she was born six months ago at just 23 weeks she was so tiny docs did not know if they should try to save her.
But when they put her on the scales she weighed 1lb, the minimum weight for a baby to be considered viable — so they fought for her.
Only when she was safely on a ventilator did medics discover the scissors had been accidentally left on the scales and that 8in Maddalena in fact weighed only 382g

A Gun in the House, and Other Pertinent Medical Questions

From My Inbox Today
— Do you have a gun in the house?
GOOD TO KNOW! When I had my gangrene gallbladder taken out and spent 10 days in the hospital for what should have been an overnight stay the insurance company kicked me out. I had home nurse visits for two weeks and was asked if I had guns in the house. I respond that if I did I would not tell them. So the below has some merit.
FYI, I am passing this along… There are comments from two other people I have also been asked if we keep guns in the house. The nurse just kinda slipped it in along with all the other regular questions. I told her I refused to answer because it was against the law to ask.
Everyone, whether you have guns or not, should give a neutral answer so they have no idea who does and who doesn’t. My doctor asked me if I had guns in my house and also if any were loaded. I, of course, answered yes to both questions. Then he asked why I kept a loaded gun close to my bed. I answered that my son, who is a certified gun instructor and also works for Homeland Security, advised me that an unloaded, locked up gun is no protection against criminal attack.
The Government now requires these questions be asked of people on Medicare, and probably everyone else.
Just passing this along for your information: I had to visit a doctor other than my regular doctor when my doctor was on vacation. One of the questions on the form I had to fill out was: Do you have any guns in your house? My answer was None of your damn business!!
So it is out there! It is either an insurance issue or government intervention. Either way, it is out there and the second the government gets into your medical records (as they want to under Obamacare) it will become a major issue and will ultimately result in lock and load!!
Please pass this on to all the other retired guys and gun owners… Thanks, from a Vietnam Vet and retired Police Officer: I had a doctor’s appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found out something very interesting that I would like to pass along. While going through triage before seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the exam, three questions: 1. Did I feel stressed? 2. Did I feel threatened? 3. Did I feel like doing harm to someone?
The nurse then informed me that if I had answered yes to any of the questions I would have lost my concealed carry permit as it would have gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland Security.
Looks like they are going after the vets first. Other gun people like retired law enforcement will probably be next. Then when they go after the civilians, what argument will they have? Be forewarned and be aware. The Obama administration has gone on record as considering veterans and gun owners potential terrorists. Whether you are a gun owner, veteran or not, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED ! If you know veterans and gun owners, please pass this on to them. Be very cautious about what you say and to whom.
They are coming for us, so unless you’re an ostrich, do not stick your head in the sand….. ….
