The special prosecutor has charged George Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder in the shooting death of 17 year old Trayvon Martin. Despite being tried and convicted by the media and the rantings on Rev. Al Sharpton and the Rev. Jesse Jackson, the case is now in the proper forum where justice can be served.
Now begins the long road begins. Zimmerman, who claims his shooting was in self-defense, is in custody. He has a new lawyer, Mark O’Mara, and having heard him speak a short time ago, Zimmerman is in good hands. As the FACTS unfold, one has to wonder if the case will be as much of an indictment of the race-baiting media as it is of the shooting itself.

Hey All,
In my opinion, this whole scenerio is being played out so that the people of Orlando can riot after the man is found not guilty, or the charges are thrown out by a REASONABLE Judge.
The local prosecuter I am sure conducted a thorough investigation and decided charges were not warranted.
This “special” prosecuter is simply making stuff up, in my opinion.

The judge may have to recuse herself, since her husband is affiliated with a law firm that has ties to CNN and to making the referral, allegedly, of Zimmerman’s new attorney. Better it be known now than later.
I believe that there will be a hearing eventually at which time the flimsiness of the charging information will cause the case to be dropped. With all due respect to Trayvon’s mother, audio experts have concluded that it is just as likely that the screaming voice on the 911 tape is Zimmerman, though the press has not spun it that way. The media has to stop painting Trayvon as the young “kid” that his parents have painted with the pictures they chose to use in this effort, but instead as the young “man” of 6’2″ stature, at almost the same weight as Zimmerman. If the Facebook and Twitter pictures of Trayvon had been used in the Martin family’s quest for an arrest, the public rush to try the case in the media would have been different. The Martin’s deserve to know what happened, and Zimmerman deserves a fair process by the judicial system. Unfortunately, CNN and NBC have made that virtually impossible with their calculated manipulation of the facts and the evidence (i.e. unfair editing of Zimmerman’s 911 call).
