I don’t care about principle right now.
We have to get that fraud out of Washington.
So, it’s Romney, because he has the most $.

Hey All,
I’m not sure I like your question JAMES, because the answer is the establishment’s choice.
Romney is who the MEDIA and GOP has annointed as the “next in line” to be the nominee.
Who would be his running mate? Probably Huntsman or Santorum.
But back to my original thought:
The question SHOULD be, who is the best candidate to take our Country back to what the FOUNDERS envisioned.
That answer is a no brainer:
RON PAUL
But he’s UNelectable dontcha know?

One step at a time interest bystander.
We have a fraud in our White House.
If you have to elect the ghost of Richard Nixon, you do it.
Then worry later about returning to where we once were.
James, they could put my pet cat as his running mate, I honestly don’t care. I am voting against “Obama”.
That’s what everyone needs to do next election.
One step at a time.
If the “purists” spoil what should be an easy victory, this country is done.

Ace,
Here’s my probelm with YOUR thoughts that we need to go “one step at a time”.
IF a “Republican” is elected, then you are suggesting that we wait 8 years for another “Republican” who will take it to the “next step”, and then 8 more years for another “step” and so on.
We can’t wait 20 or 30 years to turn the Country around.
It needs to be done NOW.
Romney is NOT a Republican, or a Conservative, and if you believe he will be “better” than Obama, then that simply depends on what your definition of “better” is.
Let me put it this way,
Obama is driving us toward a cliff at 120 mph.
You are suggesting that we slow down to 100 mph.
Either way, you are driving off the cliff, and the same fate is awaiting us no matter how fast or slow you are driving.
The ONLY way to stop us from going over the cliff, is to put it in REVERSE.
You can’t find reverse by going “one step at a time”.
At least that’s my opinion.
Just look at what happened to Reagan,

It is already done, the sheeple just don’t know it. There isn’t any person running that can do anything about it.
Even if the most ideal person was nominated the corruption is so deep and so wide the only person that could ever do anything to set it straight would be Jesus and if He comes back its all over for sure.

That is both a negative statement, yet for the faithful, a positive statement as well !!

I’m not really sure any of the candidates have what it takes to beat Obama. Some of them have good ideas. None of them however, posses Obama’s charismatic ability to seem to be on the side of the people even when he’s not. I feel that Obama is definitely trying to create a Socialist form of Government for our country. To allow him to succeed would be disastrous and against everything our Founding Fathers worked so hard to create in our Constitution. We have to be careful though about electing someone just because he can beat Obama. Remember what voting for change simply for change’s sake got us in the last election.

Therein lies the conondrum. Change just for the Hope and Change has been disastrous. But to elect a RINO would be just about as disastrous.

Welcome to JAMES momizms
It’s a sad Country we live in when we elect someone because they have been “trained” to “whooo” the citizenry to vote for him/her.
All you REALLY had to do was go to Obama’s website and read his policies and where he stood on issues, and it was absolutely CLEAR what his agenda was/is.
Of course his “speeches” were nothing more than pep rallies to get the folks’ “juices flowing”.
He very seldom gave specifics out on the campaign, and he does the same thing when he’s up on Capital Hill (just look at his “jobs” speech he felt it was sooooo important to go to Capital Hil to make, no specifics, only generalities).
Obama is a JOKE as a President, but I just can’t get my arms around voting for someone simply to beat Obama.
We need someone with SOLUTIONS.
Again, welcome to JAMES.
