With 26 states signed on to the lawsuit, Federal Judge Vinson in Florida has ordered the government to file an expedited appeal, wthin 7 days, either to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, or directly to the US Supreme Court.
This order was given after a clarification of his prior ruling was requested.

I hope he is wearing his body armor and has his estate in order. If he isn’t and hasn’t he better get busy. People that cross TPTB sometimes come up dead or missing.
Of course one never knows whether we are watching the latest soap opera or the truth. They have a habit of playing us like a fiddle and we have a habit of letting them.
The Arizona situation is a perfect example. While we sit around and ponder the stale mate, time passes nothing is done and the oligarchy keeps diverting our attention to another fiasco and we are lulled into thinking that we might win a battle. After 160 years of BS you would think we would wise up but I am afraid that we need another 160 years as the first go round didn’t teach us a thing.
