The weather this cold Monday was NEGATIVE 5 in Manchester NH, and the trains weren’t running into NYC because of the cold. Here are a few of the highlights of this Monday:
** The Appeals Court in Illinois has ruled that Rahm Emmanuel is NOT QUALIFIED to be on the ballot for Chicago Mayor due to residency issues…. Early voting starts next week for the February 22nd election.
** Even as Florida’s newly elected Gov. Rick Scott was in South Florida at the funeral service for two slain officers, gunned down serving a warrant, two more police officers, doing the same thing, were gunned down in St. Petersburg, FL.
** A gunman opened fire in a Detroit police precinct last night, injuring at least four officers.
** Pro-life groups braved the cold weather in Washington DC today to mark the 38th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, having the March for Life on the National Mall.
** Jared Loughner, the accused Tucson tragedy gunman, appeared in court and pled not guilty to charges against him.
** Supreme Court Justice Sam Alito will definitely NOT be attending the State of the Union address tomorrow night. Justice Clarence Thomas has routinely refrained from attending the event, and there is rumor that Chief Justice John Roberts will not attend either.

Hey All,
Not sure where to post this, but this is a headline I “learned” about yesterday:
It’s only a little more than 4 minutes long, but the real interesting revelation comes at around the 1:25 mark where Evans states that he had JUST talked to Abercrombie’s office about the birth certificate and was told that NONE exists.
Evans is a long time friend of Abercrombie’s, and in the same interview states that Abercrombie’s first recollection of “Barry” was at a “T” ball game when he was 5 or 6. Wouldn’t that be when Stanley was married to Lolo, and Sr was either at Harvard, or back in Kenya at the time Abercrombie says was his first recollection of Barack? Maybe he was mistaken, and his “good friendship” was possibly with Lola and Stanley, and not Stanley and Sr.
I’m sure this testimony wouldn’t be allowed under the “rules of evidence”, but along with the sworn affidavit from Adams that he was told by his supervisors that no birth certificate existed, there is more evidence that something “just isn’t right here”. Not “solid” proof that none exists, but “another brick in the wall” for those of us simply asking a question, and getting no answer.
You’d think if Abercrombie was such good friends with the Obama’s, as he had stated earlier, he could simply call up the President and get his permission to release the document, if nothing else to save HIS reputation.
And the search for the truth continues…………………

It was the inconsistenies of the timeline that bothered me about this interview. However, Abercrombie’s recollections could also be blending several of his friend’s children from that time. Obama would have been in Indonesia being adopted by Lolo Soetoro by the time he was 6 or 7, and in Hawaii by the time he was 10
