There is little doubt that Barack Obama has empathy and sympathy for the victims of the Tragedy in Tucson shooting, for their families and loved ones, and for the nation as a whole. But the President, who has billed himself as “No Drama Obama”, he is not one who can show his emotions easily or readily. As he prepares to give what many describe as the “speech of his Presidency”, one has to wonder if he can deliver a message to the nation as Ronald Reagan did 25 years ago (1/28/86) after the Challenger Shuttle tragedy:
