The documents in the pictures on the Daily Kos, factcheck and Obama for America look NOTHING alike.

Show us a single example of where the State of Hawaii issued a COLB to somebody saying they were born in Hawaii when they were not.

You long ago established that you have no honorable reason whatsoever for demanding additional proof of Obama’s Hawaiian birth, that all you really want is some judge to let you do a fishing expedition for potentially embarrassing details in his private records. As we all know, the courts have better things to do than satisfy your personal prurient interest.

As to what the DOH certificate shows, Ex-Governor Lingle says it shows he was born at Kapiolani. And of course, we all know how much Republicans love Obama and want to save him from embarrassment.

It is an absolute lie to claim that his Sister ever said he was born at Queens Hospital. The only place she has ever been quoted as saying where he was born, she named Kapiolani.

As to the “impossibility” of her knowledge, I refer you to the Federal Rules of Evidence. Rule 803 (19). Her testimony on the issue is actually considered both reliable and powerful.

1. We have his sister’s testimony that he was born a Kapiolani. This is admissible evidence under the Federal Rules of Evidence 803 (19)

2. Obama’s letter to Kapiolani. This is admissible evidence under the Federal Rumes of Evidence 803 (19) and 901 (b) (1).

No one has presented any evidence to rebut these admissible under the FRE.
