Jeff Schreiber from America’s Right ends his article on the Obama-Vera Baker story with the following observation:
Of course, as much as I would like to see this allegation of infidelity prove untrue, what I would really like to see is whatever story there is pursued as relentlessly by the mainstream media as they would if the possible cheater were Sarah Palin. After all, when you compare the media coverage of Mark Sanford’s failure to distinguish the Appalachian Trail from Argentinian tail with the perpetual cycle of ridicule-denial-admittance that was the John Edwards scandal, the press certainly has some ground to make up if they’re even moderately concerned about maintaining even a shred of objectivity.

Hey All,
You can not fully appreciate this thread without going over and reading the piece, and the comments.
The whole point of this article is that Obama has been “hands off” where the media is concerned.
The media sent HUNDREDS of people up to Alaska to find anything and everything out about Palin, going as far as rooting around in trash dumpsters.
Heck, we don’t even know where Obama was born, or what passport he used to travel to or from Indonesia when he was a youngster, or what passport he used to travel to Pakistan in 1981, or how he was registered at Occidental, Columbia or Harvard, or what if anything he wrote while he was the Editor of the Harvard Law Review, or what he did while he was a State Senator of Illinois, or how he was associated with Rezko, Blago, Wright or Ayers. Heck, we don’t even know where he took Michelle on their first date.
Obama has gotten a free pass, and it is just plain wrong. The media indoctrinated the masses to nominate Obama, get him elected and continues the indoctrination to this day.
