Homestead Police Officer Arrested

HOMESTEAD, Fla. — A Homestead police officer was arrested Friday, accused of falsifying records in order to become a U.S. citizen.
Jose Villarreal, 31, faces charges of official misconduct, uttering forged instruments and false official statements.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said Villarreal submitted a birth certificate listing a 1978 birth date that listed his aunt as his mother. Investigators said his real birth date was in 1977.

Just one more reason that the “transparency” that Obama has provided regarding his personal documents is questionable.

Well,
They both have birth certificates that claim one thing, and in all actuallity could MEAN something totally different.
Of course Obama wouldn’t want to set a precident by releasing his birth certificate, with all of those nasty lawsuits against him and all. We wouldn’t want Obama to do what is morally right, now would we? Even though he was asked well before all of these suits were brought against him.
When Major Cook’s orders were rescended, it showed just how Obama fights his fights.
Of course someone who is BIASED, as you admit to being, can’t see the evidence because you are blinded by “the one”, and wanting unconstitutional universal health care coverage and all.
Let me ask this HistorianDude, when did you come to the mindset that you shouldn’t have to work to get somewhere in this Country?
That “Hope and Change” thing sure is doing wonders isn’t it?
And transparent, this administration is as transparent as a frosted up window.
What happened to unemployment not going over 8% if the “stimulus” package was passed?
And where are those 1.3 million jobs Obama claims to have “created or saved”, because you know it has been PROVEN that most of those “jobs” haven’t even been funded yet, and the FACT is that we have LOST about 6 million jobs this year.
And isn’t Congress set to pass a 1.1 TRILLION dollar omnibus spending bill with about 5,000 earmarks in it? Let’s see how many of those Obama cuts by going “line by line”.
But you keep your blinders on HistorianDude, Obama NEEDS the likes of you. His approval rating sure has taken a beating, hasn’t it?

Nonsense. Both mean exactly what they claim. But one has a foreign birth certificate that was fake, and the other has an US State Certified and Sealed certificate that is authentic. The guy with the fake was caught.
The same time you began to perform homosexual acts in public bath houses in San Francisco.

Well THAT would be never HistorianDude, you see, unlike you I have only been to California ONCE, and that was when I rented a car while visiting Las Vegas, and drove to the first exit in California, turned around, and got the hell out of there as fast as I could. At least now I can say I’ve been to California.
There must be something in the air in California, you folks seem to be easily riled. The above comment was made when I simply asked this:

How’s that farm you own? How’d you like it if Obama came and told you that someone else was more entitled to that farm than you are? It’s the same thing. He’s going to take from some, to give to others.
I think I’ll write Obama a nice letter, and ask him if I can have your farm.
I bet your attitude would change if he took your farm from you, and gave it to me. Of course I’d sell it to the highest bidder, so don’t worry, you’ll have the chance to buy it back.

I have already pointed out what the similarities are. You commented on it with gobbly goop.
Here’s what you stated:

I get tired of pointing out the FACTS HistorianDude, but just for you I’ll do it again.
The laws of Hawaii, at the time of Obama’s birth allowed for a birth certificate to be MAILED in to HHS, so long as the birth certificate had a signature from someone who witnessed the birth.
Let’s take the Certification of Live Birth you present as evidence.
OBVIOUSLY Obama wasn’t born in a hospital, because there is no hospital listed on the COLB, and OBVIOUSLY again, there was no doctor present when Obama was born, because there is no doctor listed on the COLB.
So the state takes the word of a mailed in birth certificate that has ONE witness signature on it, and that allows someone to become President of the United States.
I’m thinking there’s something wrong with this picture.
You, on the other hand, are too concerned about taking from some to give to others to realize that.

If you insist on “pointing out the facts” you must first know what they are.
Even were that true (and it’s not. You misrepresent the laws rather badly) it does not matter. Obama was born at Kapiolani Medical Center.
I don’t think that word means what you think it means. Hospitals and doctors are never listed on COLBs.
Of course there is. It bears no resemblance to reality.
