It’s absolutely idiotic that it will take how many lawsuits to compel “The One” to produce something as basic as a birth certificate?
Something that should be offered freely. Particularly given his campaign assurances (as IB pointed out) of “transparency”.
His behavior consists of:
ignoring the rules of candidate viability
acting as if the rules don’t apply to him
projecting an image that he’s “special”
invoking the “race card” at every opportunity
This only serves to cement my poor opinion of him.

I have not seen any word on what response the Obama team may have provided by yesterday. However, the Justices will be meeting on Friday to discuss the cases before them that they want to hear. In addition to the Berg case, the Donofrio case against NJ Secretary of State is also pending. It only requires 4 justices to want to hear the case.
I still argue that the failure to release has only sparked the controversy, coupled with the media’s failure to even acknowledge it.

Why are portions of the “Certificate of Live Birth” for someone named Alan blacked out?
Jeff: The person who put up their Hawaiian birth certificate (1963) did so to show what information was recorded on the actual birth certificate. He redacted much of his “identifying” information.

I will say that I have been labelled as a racist because I did not support Obama’s candidacy, and have been harassed on numerous blogsites for even daring to question anything about Obama. And your point is? Children born in the US are US citizens regardless of whether their parents are, so obviously Hawaii would have to allow the parents of a US citizen to obtain a birth certificate. The law does not grant citizens of other countries living outside of the US the ability to get Hawaiian birth certificates.

Some things are so obvious that they don’t have to be explicitly stated. States only keep birth certificates that they issue.

A characteristic common to all believers in conspiracy theories is that the more evidence that is offered in support of the inverse of the theory, the more they believe the conspiracy theory. This story gained steam AFTER Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth” was posted. Besides, Rush Limbaugh and Michael Savage have already claimed that Obama had a birth certificate planted in Hawaii when he went to visit his dying grandmother, so even posting his official birth certificate would do no good.

If a “Certification of Live Birth” can obtained for someone who is not a “natural born citizen”, as James claims, and since the law makes no requirement for proof of naturalization, does this not mean that the CtionOLB can be obtained for someone who is not legally a US citizen? And since the CtionOLB can be used to get a Social Security number or a US passport, register to vote, join the military, etc., does this not mean that the state of Hawaii is openly enabling non-citizens to gain benefits that legally only US citizens can have?
Jeff: Here is the Hawaiian statute pertaining to the issuance of COLB’s to children born outside of Hawaii to someone claiming Hawaii as residency:

James, the point is that a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth apparently is documentation of citizenship at least as far as the US govt. is concerned. Since the Hawaiian law establishes no requirement for proof of naturalization, if the Hawaiian govt. was furnishing this documentation to children who weren’t naturalized citizens and didn’t qualify as natural-born citizens, does this not mean that the Hawaiian govt. was providing documentation of citizenship to people who were not legally US citizens?
At the bottom of Obama’s Certification of Live Birth is a sentence that states “This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding.” A valid Certification of Live Birth can be used as proof of gender, date, time, parents, AND LOCATION of birth in a court hearing.
Ironically though, Jeff, in their own Home Lands Dept, that same document is not usable for homestead documentation. Furthermore, I will not attest to the validity or invalidity of the actual document Obama placed on his website and in the Daily Kos, because I am not an expert. However, there is enough written from both sides of that argument to cast doubt as to how credible that document itself is.
The bottom line, why is he spending the legal fees that he is to keep these documents hidden? Why did the media trash through John Kerry and George Bush’s academic files in 2004, but Occidental, Harvard, and Columbia have been instructed not to release Obama’s? Why was it so important for Princeton to attempt to remove Michelle Obama’s thesis from circulation until November 5th, and only released it earlier because of intense pressure?
These legal challenges will continue, even if he is sworn into office. Once Obama signs ONE law that has a negative impact on ONE American, that person can allege that he has then been “injured” by the fact that Barack Obama was elected President and is potentially ineligible to serve. That “injured” party will undeniably then have “Standing” in the courts to challenge the President’s eligibility. I would say its a good bet that the Complaint is already drafted, just waiting to fill in a few blanks.

James, can you really not figure out why the Dept. of Hawaiian Home Lands wants the full birth certificate, or are you trying to be evasive?
What arguments about the validity CtionOLB that Obama posted do you find credible? I do a fair amount of working with images, and I find it hilarious that Polarik couldn’t come up with a story that at least seemed plausible to someone just skimming through it.
If a court ever orders discovery on any of the cases pending, the Dept of Health will be required to produce the actual document.
Prima facie evidence only means it is the presumption of fact until rebutted. Google that Latin term. So yes it may be used as prove but can be rebutted as well, so this COLB can be subjected to the courts if there is prove to support facts against the information in question. I personally feel that the Hawaii birth is not the real issue here. The real issue is still the Natural Born Clause in the Constitution and has more to do with the fact that Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen due to the fact that his father was not a American citizen before, at the time of, or after Barack Obama’s birth in Hawaii. Did his real father ever become a US citizen whether before or after Barack Obama was born is the question that needs to be answered. Because if he was not that means Obama may be a US Citizen since he was born in Hawaii but does not mean he is Natural Born. His father could of been from Kenya and Barack Obama could of been born and his Dad could have become Naturalized and if this happened Barack Obama could then be considered Natural Born (The naturalized part of the father after birth was determined in a Supreme Court case). But I do not believe his father was ever a US Citizen therefore Barack Obama in not Natural Born whatsoever unless Barack Sr. was actually not Jr.’s father. His father was Kenyan/British therefore Barack Obama follows in the footsteps of the father in showing allegiance to one country (Natural Born reflects the allegiance part) although he he still guaranteed to be US citizen (he was born here right? In Hawaii
) because he has a dual citizenship (US mother & Kenyan/British father. But if his darn father would have just became a naturalized US Citizen before or after the fact Barack Obama was born the Jr. would be considered Natural Born because the allegiance is now to strictly the USA. There is only two positions that requires you to be Natural Born and that is the USA President & Vice President. Thats it. People need not confuse theirselves in believing that if the are naturalized that they are Natural Born because they are not whatsoever. So here we have Barack Obama, the constitutional scholar who knows the 3 requirements to be the US President listed in Art II of the US Constitutionand on his own website about his running for office can’t even say born in Hawaii in 1961, a natural born citizen of the USA.
A newspaper ad reflecting an individuals birth can be done at any time by anyone and certainly isn’t a valid document to substantiate anyone real birth.
Obama’s hiring a team of lawyers to fine loopholes to support his denial of providing ADEQUATE PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP, and NOT THE SHORT FORM INFERIOR CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH, is an admission of guilt.
His continued refusal to provide the original six documents has now increased to seven.
In 1965 Obama’s mother legally relinquished whatever Kenyan or U.S. citizenship she and Obama had by marrying an Indonesian, Lolo Soretoro, and taking up residence with him in Indonesia and Obama’s attending school there. Since dual citizenships were not allowed by either country at that time, Obama and his mother became Indonesian citizens, denouncing, in particular, their U.S. citizenship, if it ever did in fact exist. Since Obama has never possessed an U.S. Passport, he had to have attended school/college in the U.S. as a foreign exchange student in order to travel to Indonesia during his college years without a U.S.passport. The question arises under what name was the Indonesian passport executed and if he never denounced that citizenship, he has a dual citizenship which is forbidden by our Constitution to avoid conflict of interest. Either way, Obama can no longer be identified as a “natural born citizen”, but has to be reclassified as a “naturalized citizen” if he filed proper documents at that time. If he did not, he is an illegal immigrant. These are the possible loopholes that Obama is attempting to circumvent.
As a Harvard Law graduate, Obama is well aware of the deceit he has perpetrated and his lack of concern that he has destroyed the trust of the American people. This is the first attempt by an individual in over 200 years to usurp our country and rewrite the basic governmental rules of our forefathers. What other rules is he willing to violate?
I hope the people wake up before it is too late or they will find a country of which they can no longer identify. Those that continue to show such little regard for their country and still wish to support Obama will be responsible for the turmoil that will take place and have participated in one of the worse acts of treason against their country when allowing a potential foreigner with Islamic/Muslim ties to rewrite our constitution to suit their needs.
When an individual has to practice deceit and bribery to gain power over individuals and the legislative and judicial branches of our government, the purpose intended can only be to undermine our country and make it vulnerable to invasion by enemy forces. We can never rule out that America is exempt from foreign invasion as the airplane bombing of the World Trade Center should have made that quite clear. Yet we continue to throw caution to the wind by showing such lack of concern over Obama’s refusal to provide documents which could clear his name, if they are in fact true. Therefore, without a shadow of doubt, his failure to submit and attempts to circumvent our constitution do not support that possibility.
Obama and the Democratic Party, especially Nancy Pelosi, were given sufficient time to produce the requested documents. There is no way now we would even consider any form of documentation that Obama or his cohorts would provide since so much time has elapsed providing them with sufficient time to accomplish more corruption or destruction of essential documents. It would be interesting however to see how far he is willing to go to infiltrate our country at the expense of the American people.

Obama is at it again, another falsified document, which this time is the selective service registration form which he was required to file in 1980. (1) The DLN number which is only a 10 digit number on the Selective Service System Registration Form shows the “08” execution date but has been changed to become an 11-digit number on the computer printout allowing for the insertion of an “8” in front of the “08” becoming ‘808”. (2) An outdated 9-year old postal date stamp was used. (3) The “no ID” check off box was marked reflecting the individual that appeared before the Post Office Agent in Hawaii did not present any form of ID. It should be investigated which Post Office and which agent was involved in executing this form. There is no other decision to make other than they were bribed into creating this false document and they should be punished accordingly. (4) The SSS Reference No. assigned to Obama was not placed on the registration form as is the procedure and (5) There is doubt as to who actually signed the form. If anyone else’s son would have accomplished this type of falsification, they would be in jail. But not Obama! Talk about double standards.
How many more lies will be discovered if we keep digging. If the FEC, FBI, or the Democratic Party will not perform their jobs, it appears the concerned Americans are accepting the challenge themselves. Hooray for those who will not accept the deception that has been perpetrated in this year’s political campaign and the refusal of our government to get involved. It is a shame what power and greed can do to people even at the cost of their freedom, and the security and stability of our country. They have become complacent to the extent that establishing the Department of Homeland Security was a waste when we allow a potential black African Islamic/Muslin to infiltrate one of the most critical positions in our government without thoroughly checking his background. I would not be surprised to learn he has now received national security clearance, which he couldn’t get previously, but now has conveniently been accomplished. His name alone should have required a thorough background be accomplished. If it had been, these facts would have become prevalent and I hope would have required drastic action taken. It would be sad if our government relied solely on the Democratic Party and especially Nancy Pelosi, to determine Obama’s qualification, but another thing to think that they cared so little with the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center only 7+ years old not to get involved at all. Does this reflect concern over our national security? You judge!
I wondered how the German people allowed Stalin and Hitler to take over their country. After reading details, it appears they were both had phenomenal speaking skills and were skilled users of propaganda where their use of words manipulated the minds of people into believing that what they said was the absolute truth and their promises of change especially making more jobs available to the people, were exactly what the people wanted. The creation of a special police force was also on their agenda and they controlled all the news media, and radio communication keeping the people in the dark and only releasing information they wanted the people to know. This is similar to the bias reporting by our news media and bombardment of expensive advertisements by Obama to influence the people and keep his name in the limelight. Of course, the change they received was not what they expected. They plastered their faces, (which Obama has done all over the internet) statutes all over the place to keep their faces in the minds of the people. Does that also sound familiar? Are we now heading for a non-democratic government?
